ED has arrested Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Today evening they reached the residence of Delhi Chief Minister and checked various papers and finally arrested him. Before the arrest, ED seized Arvind Kejriwal’s mobile phone. ED said that the Delhi Chief Minister did not cooperate with the investigation team during the interrogation. During the arrest of the Delhi Chief Minister, thousands of people protested against the arrest and reached the Chief Minister’s residence. Minister Atishi, and Saurabh ED were present near the Chief Minister’s residence during the inspection.
The Delhi High Court on Thursday dismissed Arvind Kejriwal’s plea to stay his arrest in the unemployment policy case. A bench of Justice Suresh Kumar Keit and Justice Manoj Jain scheduled the next 22nd to hear Kejriwal’s plea.
